Is it more comfortable or practical to have your coins appraised at home? Under most circumstances we can come to you.

Just call the shop so that we can have an initial conversation to determine if a visit is appropriate and to estimate the time required to evaluate your collection.

Such appraisals are typically scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday. Carefully organizing your coins by date and type before the appraisal will reduce the amount of time required. The cost is between $65 and $85 per hour, depending on the type of appraisal and coins.

You can also drop your coins off at the shop, where we can perform appraisals during our regular working hours for a reduced rate of $45 per hour.

If you only have a handful of coins that you're curious about, just bring them by the shop and we're happy to give you an informal - and free - verbal appraisal.

If we appraise your collection and you subsequently decide to sell your coins to us, we will waive the appraisal fees.
